SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZATION, TEMPLATE CREATION & IMPLEMENTATION

You agree you are providing any information required when customizing or implementing or creating template(s) for the software.CBS Systems Corp., may require your existing websites’ details such as Database Structure, codes, web designs in order to integrate the LPM software & template in to the existing website(s) for what the LPM Software is purchased. CBS Systems expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damages or loses arising due to not provide any such information mentioned above. You agree that any delay in software customization or template creation or software integration due to the lack of information provided by you, CBS Systems Corp., has no control over, or responsibility with respect to, the information or delay.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

You agree not to use LPM Software to: a) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a CBS Systems Corp., official, employee, customer or affiliate. b) falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; c) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through LPM Software; d) collect or store personal data about other users; e) to perform, attempt or conspire any unlawful conduct. You agree you are prohibited from posting or transmitting to the LPM Software any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law. CBS Systems Corp., reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access from a particular internet address to this web site. LPM Software & CBS Systems Corp., reserves the right to terminate your access to our LPM Software and its content and use at any time, with or without notice at our discretion.
